| DRAM DDR3 |
 DDR3 is the current mainstream DRAM technology standardized by JEDEC, bringing further improvements in power consumption and increased bandwidth over DDR2. Available in Standard Profile (1.81") or Very Low Profile (0.74") with power supply voltages of 1.5V (DDR3) and 1.35V (DDR3L) and with data rates from 800 to 1600 Mega-Tranfers per Second and beyond. DDR3 has been the de facto mainstream memory technology, especially for server and notebook applications, since 2010. Many other applications exist in the market today to take advantage of the superior performance features of DDR3 and DDR3L. Wintec currently offers the following DDR3 and DDR3L Modules and will continue to add more solutions as DDR3/DDR3L enabled applications proliferate. |
