 Wintec has designed and manufactured low and high density Parallel ATA SSDs that are available in Industrial, Enterprise, and Commercial grades. The high performance EWS-720 series PATA SSD 44-pin ATA/IDE form factor features an 8MB DRAM cache buffer and high speed DMA capabilities with read speeds of up to 125MBps and write speeds of up to 110MBps. The Wintec PATA SSD provides high-speed Ultra DMA transfer and reliability in 256GB, 128GB, 64GB, 32GB, 16GB, 8GB, and 4GB storage capacities, in a small 2.5 inch PATA hard drive form factor. The advanced on-chip 15 bit BCH-ECC ensures maximum consistency without any additional system software or user interaction. |
