The Wintec Industries SD series of ROHS compliant mSATA Solid State Drives (mSATA SSD) are constructed with SanDisk iSSD P4 device. It is a robust and reliable high performance storage and backup solution in a very compact form factor. It is ideal for smallest and thinnest solid state mass storage applications offering new and expanded functionality while enabling cost effective designs.
The mSATA SSD provides high-speed data transfer and reliability utilizing iSSD P4 nCache technology with storage
capacities ranging from 4GB to 32GB, in a small PCI-e form factor. It employs advanced features of dynamic and
static wear-leveling and automatic block management techniques to ensure even distribution of write erase cycle
throughout the entire device. This guarantees high data reliability and maximizes flash life expectancy. Its robust
design enables the SSD to achieve outstanding reliability and performance. Sequential reads at up to 160MB per
second and sequential writes at up to 100MB per second, are the best in its class.
Wintec's 3310000x series embedded mSATA SSD are ideal for portable and desktop computers, point of sales (POS),
handheld device, gaming machine, network equipment, notebook, thin-client and set-top boxes (STB).
