We are committed to providing responsible turnaround times for our customers. You can help expedite your pending RMA case by verifying that your email address is accurate. Incorrect email addresses cause unnecessary delays or may result in automatic closure of your RMA ticket for non-responsive communication.
We use UPS as the return shipper, please provide a physical address since UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you provide a P.O. Box, your RMA request may be delayed as we attempt to acquire your physical address (Street address, company name, c/o)

Once you receive the RMA issuing form, you will be required to send a copy of the original proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice) along with the product authorized to be returned. The proof of purchase is necessary to validate the warranty service based on the date of purchase.

Proof of purchase may be in the form of a sales receipt or sales invoice. Products returned for warranty service or replacement must be assigned an RMA number prior to shipping products back to Wintec Industries. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from issue date. RMAs are automatically cancelled for non-response after 30 days.
Wintec Industries is not responsible for physically damaged, lost or stolen items. Remember, if a physically damaged item is returned to Wintec Industries the RMA claim will be denied and the damaged item will be returned with no action taken. Remember to check your email within 24 to 48 hours for the RMA issuing form and PDF attachment.
