Wintec microSD cards employs a variety of sophisticated functions, such as BCH error correction code (ECC) for dynamic error checking. ECC algorithms are implemented on the fly without performance degradation to ensure data reliability. Bad-block Management routines replace worn blocks with spare blocks reserved by the controller on card initialization.
The Wintec microSD cards offer capacities ranging from 2GB up to 128GB MLC using industry standard MLC Toggle NAND flash paired with the Px controllers. The Wintec SD card optimizes writes to the flash memory and implements highly intelligent block management, wear leveling and lifetime management schemes to increase overall drive endurance and reliability.
