| My FileMate Identity tablet appears to be stuck and will not load, what should I do? |

Please perform a factory reset. { Explained on page 18 of the User's Manual } or follow the steps below.
- Please open the port tab and look for the small pinhole. It will be located below the serial number and be
labeled, 'reboot'.
- Using a thin, long metal object, such as a ballpoint pen, gently insert the metal object into the pinhole.
- The Tablet will vibrate and then power off.
- Press the power button to restart the tablet.
- Note: Resetting the tablet will not cause loss of the application or the data saved in the SD card memory.
- If the tablet still will not advance, beyond the screen entitled, "Identity: Tomorrow Connected", please submit a support ticket to http://sc.wintecind.com/sd/SolutionsHome.sd
