My computer won't turn on.

Step 1 : Be sure to check if the power cable is securely plugged into the wall and into the back of the PC.
Step 2 : If a surge protector is being used, verify that the power switch is in the ON position.
Step 3 : Plug the PC into a different outlet.
Step 4 : If the above steps do not work, please contact FileMate technical support.
