My pictures are not showing on the FileMate Joy Picture Frame. How can I fix this?
Please verify that the picture file is a JPEG, within the specifications of the frame. If you are using the removable storage, verify that the picture files are correctly stored on it. Lastly, ensure a proper connection between the Joy Picture Frame and either the computer or the removable storage.
