My warranty card states I need to get it stamped from the retailer to validate the warranty. Is this correct?
Wintec Industries does not require the customer to have their warranty card stamped in order to valid our warranty. The stated warranty on this product is 1 year from the date of purchase. If the item is found defective, please visit www.wintecind.com and click on the support link to begin the RMA process. Please remember that your warranty does not cover any physical damage to the tablet.
