When I try to download apps at the Google Play store, I get this error message,
“Error DF-BPA-09” What should I do to fix this problem?
The error, DF-BPA-09 is a common Android Google Play issue. Here is the most recent solution to this issue.
  1. In settings go to Account & Sync, click on your default Google account, disable and re-enable mail calendar contacts sync, allow it to complete the update.
  2. Open Play Store and try downloading a new app.
  3. Not Working ...try this,
  4. Go to applications,
  5. Manage applications,
  6. All applications,
  7. Search and click on Google play store
  8. Click on clear data
  9. Clear cache.
  10. Go back
  11. Search & click on Google Services Framework
  12. Click on clear data.
  13. Reboot Device
  14. Now try again with Google Play
  15. Not Working ...try this,
  16. Perform a Factory Data Resetting by tapping on Settings
  17. Tap on Backup & Reset
  18. Tap on Factory Data Reset
  19. Use alternate Google ID
