When I try to access the Google Play store, I get the error, "No Connection, Retry." I’m sure that I set up up my WiFi connection properly because I can surf the Internet. How do I correct this behavior?
This is a common Android OS issue. Here are steps to resolve this issue:
  1. Tap on "Settings" > Tap on "Applications" > Tap on "Manage Applications"
  2. Then Tap on "All" > Tap on "Google Play" > Tap on menu item "Clear Data" > Tap on option "Clear Cache".
  3. When prompted, Tap on "Yes/Agree" to erase Google Play data.
  4. Finally, Power off the tablet and then power the tablet back on again.
  5. When you next go to Google Play, you will be asked to agree to their terms and now have full use of the Google Play store. This procedure will not interfere or prevent you from accessing your previously authorized purchases.
