I'm having trouble connecting to my WiFi, specifically I'm getting the following error, "Avoided Poor Internet Connection" and what do I do?
The error message, "Avoided Poor Internet Connection" is not a hardware issue, but most likely, a bandwidth issue. Every WiFi environment has bandwidth limitations. It is entirely possible that the WiFi environment that the X2/X4 are connected to have already reached the bandwidth limit. Please disengage other WiFi enabled devices > Power off the X2/X4, and turn on the X2/X4 and turn on the WiFi, and attempt a re-connection. It is also possible to test to the WiFi functionality, by visiting a free WiFi hotspot. NOTE: Either the WiFi Radio Antenna turns on or turns off. If it turns on, and stays on, it is not a manufacturer's defect or hardware issue.
