I'm having trouble connecting to my WiFi, specifically I'm getting the following error, "WiFi, Out of Range" and what do I do?
The error message, "WiFi, Out of Range" is not a hardware issue, but most likely a failure in communication between the WiFi router and the X2/X4 tablet. Please contact your Internet Service Provider and have them troubleshoot or walk you through resolving this issue. It is also possible to test to the WiFi functionality, by visiting a free WiFi hotspot. NOTE: Either the WiFi Radio Antenna turns on or turns off. If it turns on, and stays on, it is not a manufacturer's defect or hardware issue.
