My X2/X4 will no longer charge. It looks like it's brand new and hardly had been used. How can it be physically damaged?
Finding distressed power ports are commonly seen from failure to properly insert and remove contact power connectors from the charger over time and use. Please make sure to pay special attention to proper connector angle and especially during removal. Compromised, distressed, physically damaged power ports as well as micro-USB ports are not covered under the 1 year limited warranty through Wintec Industries.
