The time and date are not right on my device, what should I do?
The time and date are not always correct due to the Automatic Date and Time option been automatically check marked. Please do the following: Tap on Apps folder > Tap on Settings > Tap on Date and Time > Tap to uncheck Automatic Date & Time. Manually set up your date and time with the options provided on the screen.
