My FileMate Identity tablet appears to be stuck and will not load, what should I do?
Please perform a factory reset. { Explained on page 18 of the User's Manual } or follow the steps below.
  1. Please open the port tab and look for the small pinhole. It will be located below the serial number and be labeled, 'reboot'.
  2. Using a thin, long metal object, such as a ballpoint pen, gently insert the metal object into the pinhole.
  3. The Tablet will vibrate and then power off.
  4. Press the power button to restart the tablet.
  5. Note: Resetting the tablet will not cause loss of the application or the data saved in the SD card memory.
  6. If the tablet still will not advance, beyond the screen entitled, "Identity: Tomorrow Connected", please submit a support ticket to http://sc.wintecind.com/sd/SolutionsHome.sd
