I created a pattern lock/password to prevent unauthorized access to my new FileMate Identity Tablet. Oops, now I don't remember what is was. I'm locked out from the tablet. What can I do to access the tablet?

NOTE: You MUST create a Google account on the tablet with your Google email account information PRIOR to attempting any password recovery process.

Security of digital electronic devices and other online connectivity is purposely designed to prevent unauthorized access or circumvention of security protocols; therefore, unless you know the pattern lock/password you will be locked out of the tablet device.

However, there is a PASSWORD RECOVERY process available as a user backup which REQUIRES you to have created a Google email account, linked to your tablet during setup (and the Google Marketplace) in order to successfully recover access to the tablet.

If you cannot remember/recover the correct security pattern/password,  the tablet will be permanently locked out and Wintec Industries will not be able to recover access to your tablet.  Any RMA product request sent back where the tablet is found to be locked out by a user pattern/password will be returned.
