I have a password setup on my FileMate Identity Tablet, and I do not remember what it is. Is there any way I can access my tablet?
WARNING: Failure to record your password WILL PERMANENTLY lock you out from accessing your tablet.

Due to the stringent implementation of personal security, neither Wintec nor the manufacturer will be able to recover the tablet secured with any password protocol including swipe patterns or image files. Otherwise, it would be easy for unauthorized persons to circumvent the security of the rightful owner.
  • PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU RECORD your password in a safe place for backup.
  • We will be UNABLE to recover your tablet if you do not take this NECESSARY precaution.
  • Tablets locked out with a personal security protocol cannot be exchanged for a replacement unit and voids the warranty if returned in this condition.
  • We MUST be able to access the tablet in order to perform technical review for ANY RMA consideration.
