I need to have my FileMate Identity Tablet replaced because it is no longer working, what should I do?
Please visit the following page on our website to request to return a product.
Then read the effective steps to an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) on that page. Next, move to the Return Request form page, by selecting either the link for Business Customer or Consumer.
