I lost my driver disk, my driver disk is damaged, or my driver disk will not fit in my computer. What should I do?
If at all possible, obtain a connection to the internet, and visit http://www.wintecind.com/support_center/Downloads/index.html
In the section titled, 'Drivers', the subsection,'Networking', click on the link titled "Filemate USB Hardware Modem CX Driver (ZIP file)" to download it.
