| How do I access the settings mode on my FileMate Joy 15" Frame? |
| |
| Please remove the tab from the remote control that was included with the frame, connect the frame to its A/C power supply. Press the 'ON' button and then the 'SETUP' button on the remote control. The Setup screen allows the user to customize the settings, the settings can be customized by using the arrow keys on the remote control. NOTE: Please ensure that the remote control is pointing at the remote sensor located in the lower right corner of the frame.

| How do access the Calendar function of the FileMate Joy 15" Frame? |

| At the 'WELCOME' screen, please press the 'EXIT' button on the remote control three times. A screen will appear with the following options. A) NAND, B) SD/MMC, C) SETUP, D) CALENDAR. NOTE: If an USB drive is connected to the frame, the 'CALENDAR' option will not be visible on the screen, please use the right arrow key to access the secondary screen to access 'CALENDAR' After entering the date/time information, press 'ENTER' on the remote control to save your settings. |

| Where do I find the 'SPLIT SCREEN' option, so I can turn it off? |

| The 'SPLIT SCREEN' option is available in the 'SETUP' screen on the second page of settings. Use the 'DOWN' arrow key on the remote control to access it. Once the 'SPLIT SCREEN' function is highlighted, use the 'LEFT' or the 'RIGHT' arrow to toggle your selection. Once you have made your selection, please press 'ENTER' on your remote control to save your settings. NOTE: If 'ENTER' is not pressed after your selection on settings, your setting will not be saved.
