As Vice President of Supply Chain Operations, Lawrence Chum leads Wintec Industries’ end-to-end supply chain strategy, operational execution, and client delivery infrastructure. He plays a central role in optimizing the company’s logistics capabilities, strengthening supplier relationships, and driving the operational excellence that supports Wintec’s value chain solutions.

Lawrence brings more than 21 years of cross-functional leadership experience to the executive team, all built within Wintec Industries. Having progressed from Sales Representative to a key member of the senior leadership team, he has learned the business from nearly every angle, with experience spanning sales, product management, operations, marketing communications, retail, and senior marketing leadership. This breadth gives him a uniquely integrated perspective on how Wintec connects customer needs, supplier partnerships, and operational execution.

Prior to joining Wintec, Lawrence served as a National Accounts Field Sales Representative at Hitachi Power Tools. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Distribution Management from the USC Marshall School of Business, and an MBA in Marketing from the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
