As Chief Marketing Officer, Phil Carpenter drives Wintec Industries' global marketing strategy, brand architecture, and demand generation initiatives. He is responsible for scaling the company's market presence, aligning marketing with sales operations, and building a high-performance engine to accelerate growth across Wintec's core sectors.
Phil brings extensive leadership experience to the executive team, with a proven track record of building world-class marketing functions from the ground up and guiding multiple high-growth companies to successful exits. Prior to his leadership role at Wintec, he served as CMO for AI-driven construction technology pioneer ALICE Technologies, conversational commerce leader Yalo, and travel search innovator SideStep (acquired by Kayak). His deep industry expertise also includes serving as a Senior Partner at global marketing services agency Allison+Partners, where he managed the firm's West Coast operations. Phil is the author of two business books published by Harvard Business School Press and John Wiley & Sons. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard University.
