As Chief Financial Officer, Srida Joisa oversees Wintec Industries’ global financial strategy, corporate finance, and fiscal operations. He plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s financial planning, optimizing resource allocation, and scaling operational efficiencies to support Wintec's long-term growth and market expansion.

Srida brings more than 25 years of elite financial leadership and strategic expertise to the executive team, spanning investment banking, private equity, investing and executive roles. Prior to joining Wintec, he served as Chief Financial Officer for several prominent organizations, including Skyline Construction, Sibros, and Drishti, following a successful tenure as Vice President at SMART Modular Technologies. He began his distinguished career in the financial sector with foundational roles at Goldman Sachs, Francisco Partners and Columbia Management. Srida holds a dual degree from the University of Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Computer Science Engineering) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Finance) from The Wharton School.
