The Wintec 1.8” SATA III (6Gb/s) RoHS Compliant Solid State Drives (SSDs) are constructed with either Toggle or Synchronous MLC or SLC NAND flash memory for high performance and reliability.
The Wintec 1.8” SATA SSDs are optimized for performance, reliability, power and endurance to meet OEM requirements.
The Wintec SSD provides major advantages over the traditional magnetic hard disk drive (HDD) and Asynchronous SSDs. The Wintec 1.8” SATA SSD offers capacities ranging from 32GB up to 1TB (960GB user) using industry standard MLC Toggle NAND flash paired with the SM2246 or SF2200 family of controllers. The Wintec 1.8” SATA SSD optimizes writes to the flash memory and implements highly intelligent block management, wear leveling and lifetime management schemes to increase overall drive endurance and reliability.
